Technology Differentiates NOVA
NOVA Services is the only laboratory in southern California to use ForneyVault™ as part of its concrete testing process. ForneyVault™ is a unique computerized system that closes the loop between sample creation, testing, data collection, dissemination, and use. The automated collection and storage system reduces the risk of errors and increases laboratory productivity, test accuracy, and compliance. The testing data is collected in a secure, unalterable format in a cloud-based database according to unique GUID codes. This insures compliance with material testing standards and secures results via reporting that can be traced and audited. The VFD automatic machine accurately and reliably controls tests according to pre-determined protocol, resulting in a reduction of discrepancies and errors.

Highly-detailed reports with photographs documenting work
MetaField and ForneyVault™ are integrated to facilitate the testing and reporting process. Concrete test data is entered into MetaField by our technician in the field. On the scheduled test date the data is automatically transmitted to ForneyVault™. Once the test has been completed the data is transmitted back to MetaField, and reports can be reviewed and distributed within minutes.
