Mission Beach Boardwalk Bulkhrad Project

NOVA provided geotechnical observation and testing services, and special inspection and construction materials testing services during construction of the Mission Beach Boardwalk Bulkhead project that replaced about 20,000 square feet of walkway and nearly 1,700 linear feet of deteriorating, three foot high seawall along Mission Beach.

P1132 CIS Operations Complex-Camp Pendleton

NOVA Services provided geotechnical testing and observation, materials testing, special inspections, and UAV monitoring services

This project includes the design and construction of multiple facilities, including a Headquarters building, maintenance/supply building, multi-purpose training/coordination facility, warehouse, and various other ancillary structures within one complex.
In addition, the project installs telecommunications cable connecting the new remote switch in Pico (24 area) and the new CIS Operations Complex. Paving and site improvements include grading, parking stalls, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, fencing, signs and storm-water drainage. The estimated price range for design and construction is $70,000,000.

Palomar Medical Center West is an 879,000 sq. ft., 11 story, 456 bed tertiary care centered that opened in 2011. Defining features for this project include: San Diego’s largest green roof, a design feature aimed at preserving storm water runoff to irrigate and support an ecological system that will provide strategic lighting and sun screening while minimzing AC costs and providing a state of the art healing environment.
